Kakashi Hatake (はたけカカシ) is a jōnin-level shinobi from Konohagakure and the leader of Team 7. He is known worldwide for his use of the Sharingan, earning him the moniker Copy Ninja Kakashi. Kakashi is the son of Sakumo Hatake, also known as the “White Fang of Konoha”. His mother apparently died when he was young. Kakashi has been known since a young age as an extremely gifted prodigy, regarded by many as the best of his generation. He had received top marks and had shown an innate aptitude for the ninja arts while in the academy.

Below are step by step how to draw Kakashi to go along with the video lesson. Step one, I just draw very basic structure of a head, body, arms and legs. This base sketch will serve as a construction line the I will be drawing over with darker line to finish a fine drawing. Step two, I start to add clothing in to the basic body, but still very loosely basic shape. Step three, once I have all the shape and proportion correct and in the right place, then I start drawing more solid line to reveal a character like what you saw in the video lesson.
