Medusa illustration finally finished

I finally have some spare time to finish my Medusa illustration. It was actually an assignment for a client back in 2010 I think. But then I was not really happy with the background I had. I like the over all figure, design and lighting on her body but I feel the need to revise the background. So I spend half a day over the weekend finish it up. It took me a long time to actually know what I want exactly for illustration sometimes. This happens from time to time when it was finished but it was not actually the way I would like.
So here is one more I can put on my portfolio.

I’ve tried to paint Medusa 2ce and failed both times. I have a problem designing my characters. Personal problem, I know.. lol. But your tuts have always taught me a lot. Thank you so much for your time and patience in sharing your skills. You’ve been extremely helpful since I got my wacom tablet and started trying digital artwork. Keep up the great work.
