How to draw foreshortening figure in perspective

How to draw foreshortening figure with arm in perspective tutorials. In this tutorial, I have foreshortening break down instruction video and step by step of a Scarlet Witch drawing, from a previous video tutorial. Fore shortening is a method of rendering a specific object or figure in a picture in depth. The artist records, in varying degrees, the distortion that is seen by the eye when an object or figure is viewed at a distance or at an unusual angle.

Basically the objects that are nearest the lens will seem unnaturally large, those at a distance will be unnaturally small.
