Ten minutes figure drawing

Ten minutes figure drawing from May 13, 2013. It took me a while to scan them and post. I usually go to life drawing session at least twice a month nowadays. I used to go about two times a week when I work on my first art job doing Disney children games. Way back when I was a 2D animator so it helps me drawing accurately fast. Gesture drawing is one of my favorite activities. As for longer poses, I am very picky about lighting and my drawing spot. I usually pick the spot that will give me enough shadow and light to draw longer poses. It takes me years of life drawing to figure out where would be the best spot that would give me good view point.
In this drawing, I spend about ten minutes. And I draw these figures with 3B pencil on Strathmore Series 400 Premium Recycled Sketch Pads 14 in. x 17 in. pad of 100. I tend to use larger paper for longer poses. I used to draw bigger, but then I realize that I had so many drawing after a while and no idea where to put them.
Anyway, this is not a tutorial. But enjoy the drawing.
