How to draw Dagger from X-men Marvel comics. Tandy Bowen is half of the vigilante duo known as Cloak & Dagger. After a drug-related experiment awakened her powers, she became the personification of light, able to generate light and use it both offensively or defensively. She ran away from home and came to New York City. Once she was in New York she met Tyrone Johnson, a fellow runaway. Johnson had planned to steal her purse, but when he saw another thief beat him to it, he tackled the thief and returned Tandy’s purse to her. This began their long partnership as the two came to rely on each other to get along on their own.
In this tutorial, you will learn to draw Dagger, Tandy Bowen, simple step by step instruction.  I will draw her in a sitting down on her knees with both hands down up front.  Unlike some of my intermediate drawing and painting video tutorials, this one is quite simple. As long as you follow the guideline correctly, you will most likely get the result. It is important to have knowledge of anatomy as an artist, specially if you want to be good at character design for games, comics and illustrations. Most of American superheroes have form fitting uniform. So it is necessary to know muscle groups and anatomy. Though you don’t have to know every muscles on the body, but it is still very important to make sure that the major muscle groups are correct.

Below are step by step how to draw Dagger from Marvel comics.  Step one, I constructed her head shape with lines to measure her face.  Step two, I drew her eyes, eyebrows, nose, and lips over the lines.  Step three, I drew her hair, shoulder and upper body.  Step four, I drew over her costume.  Step five, I began drawing her hips, legs, and hands.  Step six, I finished the drawing.
