Haruka transformed in order to save Sailor Neptune who told her that her destiny was to become Sailor Uranus, one of the four Outer Senshi. Sailor Uranus is one of the taller senshi with short blonde hair and blue eyes. While in sailor form, she wears a standard uniform colored in dark blue and yellow, and unlike most of the other Senshi, her gloves extend only to mid-forearm. She wear dark blue, loose ankle boots and a single gold hoop in her left ear (in the manga, she has a second one in her right ear). Her collar has no stripes. In the manga, when Sailor Moon first transformed into Super Sailor Moon, her brooch changed from a circle to a heart.

Step two, I drew her eye, eyebrows, nose, and mouth. At this point, I also added her short hair style. Step three, I blocked out her torso. Step four, I then drew both her arms, one is up and the other rest on her hip. Step five, I drew her hands and bow on her chest. Step six, I added gloves, mini skirt and her legs.
