How to draw lynx. Learn to draw a lynx step by step images along with basic drawing instruction. Lynx have short tails and characteristic tufts of black hair on the tips of their ears. They have a ruff under the neck, which has black bars (not very visible), resembling a bow tie. They have large, padded paws for walking on snow, and long whiskers on the face. Their body colour varies from medium brown to goldish to beige-white; and occasionally, is marked with dark brown spots, especially on the limbs. In this tutorial, we will draw a lynx with full body and head. Most of animals and creatures are different in shapes and forms depending on their families. The easiest way to draw is first to simplify your sketch into geometry shapes. The best way is to identify simple shapes within the body. It will help to define the main parts of each animal by breaking it down.
The lynx is a solitary cat that haunts the remote northern forests of North America, Europe, and Asia. Lynx are covered with beautiful thick fur that keeps them warm during frigid winters. Their large paws are also furry and hit the ground with a spreading toe motion that makes them function as natural snowshoes.

Below are step by step how to draw a lynx tutorial.  Step one, I drew a simple shape for a lynx’s head.  Step two, I added two pointy ears, nose & muzzle, mouth and eyes.  Step three, I then drew lines to make its body shape.  Step four, I drew additional two front legs.  Step five, I drew one visible hind leg and a tail.  Step six, I finished the drawing with spots all over the body.
