Goku’s full name (Son Goku) is the Japanese name for Sun Wukong, main protagonist in the Chinese legend Journey to the West, off of whom Goku is loosely based. Goku is the main character of the entire Dragon Ball series. He has spiky black hair that never changes throughout the franchise. He is most commonly seen wearing his trademark orange/red/golden gi over a dark blue undershirt.

Below are step by step how to draw Son Goku. Step one, I drew his head shape with two horizontal lines and one vertical line in the middle. Step two, I drew his face over the construction lines, then began to add the right side of his hair. Step three, I drew the rest of his hair design. Step four, I sketched his body and arms very roughly. Step five, I slowly draw his shirt and arm with muscles detail. Step six, I finished the rest of his body.

Artist: Robert de Jusus or Benzchan is one of my favorite Manga artist on youtube. I love his Goku, the face has so much character and attitude. Personally I think this drawing is as awesome or better than the Manga itself, but for sure better drawing than the Goku Dragonball Z Anime itself.
