How to draw Madrox the multiple man from X men. Madrox creates an identical physical living duplicate of himself upon any physical impact, possibly via extradimensional mass acquisition similar to the process used by Ant-Man or the Hulk. This process is spontaneous and cannot be prevented by Madrox. In this tutorial, you will learn to draw Madrox the multiple man in comics style drawing. This is a basic comics character drawing tutorial, it should be easy for everyone to follow the instruction, including beginners. Unlike some of my intermediate or digital painting tutorials, I try to make this as easy as possible. It is very important to have some knowledge of anatomy for any artist, specially if you want to be good at character design for games or penciller for comics. Most of American comics, the uniform are form fitting so you will have to draw character’s muscle groups. Though you don’t have to know every muscles on the body, but it is still very important to make sure that the visible anatomy is correct. The best way I would suggest to learn anatomy is to to attend life drawing session nearest you. One more drawing tips that will make your drawing process easier is to break down the subject in simple geometry shapes first. Before I draw something, I will observe and break down the subject in simple geometries. I will always make the drawing or initial sketch simple, that way it is easier when you draw more detail on top of the simple shapes. It is a lot easier to draw once you observe the over all shape of the object or person you are trying to draw. In this drawing, you will see cable in a natural standing pose. You should not be intimidate with all the muscles, anatomy, and detail of the characters.
Although Madrox can create multiple duplicates, and the duplicates themselves can also replicate, each is only able to create one duplicate at a time; he has been seen to produce around forty duplicates before no more would be created. The duplicates think, feel, and act independently, though usually guided by the original.
Below are step by step how to draw Madrox. First, I roughly sketched his head, neck and shoulders along with facial construction lines. Step two, I then drew his eyes, nose, and mouth on top of the guidelines with hair on top of the head. Step three, I sketched his torso and arms with lighter lines. Step four, I finalized his body and arms’ muscle structures. Step five, I sketched his legs, gloves and fighting sticks. Step six, I finished the rest of the image with darker lines.
