Psylocke or, her real name, Elizabeth “Betsy” Braddock is a fictional character in comics most notably the superhero team the X-Men. Elizabeth has been living the superhero life since her teenage years. Originally a charter pilot, Betsy took-up a modeling career, until her telepathic powers emerged and she joined S.T.R.I.K.E. After the assassin Slaymaster brutally beat and blinded Betsy, she was kidnapped by Spiral and Mojo and surgically given artificial eyes, restoring her sight. Naming her Psylocke, Betsy was freed from Mojo’s mental control, by the New Mutants and, after fending-off and attack by Sabretooth, joined the X-Men.

Below are step by step images tutorial how to draw Psylocke. Step one, I sketch her head and torso shape very roughly. Step two, I begin to draw her facial feature and some hair line. Step three, I begin to add more detail on her face then use dark gray for her hair. Step four, I draw out her shoulders, arms and hands. Step five, I decides to add lower body so I draw her hip and thighs along with lowering her left arm. Step six, I change her right arm position to front foreshortening.
