How to draw Scarlet Witch female superhero from Marvel comics. In this tutorial, you will learn to draw Scarlet witch, a woman character, from Video tutorial and step by step images easy to follow. You will learn how to draw her face with head dress, hair along with her body and costume. This tutorial I actually was just going to draw a portrait but one thing leads to another. I end up drawing and rendering most of her body as a character. This is just a quick sketch with basic lighting so I will probably take the image further by painting her and make another painting tutorial base on the same character. The Scarlet Witch or Wanda is a mutant with the ability to alter probability. She is the daughter of the mutant Magneto and his wife Magda. Wanda is also the fraternal twin sister of Pietro ( Quicksilver). Together with her brother, Quicksilver, both were members of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. After a time, the siblings, disillusioned with Magneto and feeling that their debt to him had been paid, decided to abandon their terrorist activities; alongside the archer and ex-criminal Hawkeye, they joined the Avengers.
Here is a black and white picture of Scarlet Witch.
Below are step by step images drawing Scarlett Witch process. Step 1, I sketch out her face and within it construction line for eyes, nose and mouth. If you don’e know how those lines are used, then go find how to draw face tutorials on categories bar on top. Step two, I then draw out her shoulder, collar bones, and upper body. In this step, I also block in her eyes, nose and lips. Step 3, now I can draw more detail on her face since the sketch lines are in the right spots. Step 4, I begin to draw her long wavy hair using darker lines and add basic shadow. Step 5, I decide to draw her whole body with left arm up. If you look at step 5, I have an easy construction line diagram. These line are guideline for you to understand how I draw her body using simple geometry shape first. Then refine it in the end. If you want to know more about how to draw woman body, check out the categories bar on top. You will find a tutorial in detail. Step 6, now I just add dark gray for all the part of her costume and very light gray for her skin.
These are extra steps because I want to change the position of her right arm. Step seven, I decide to have her right hand up in the front so I use light gray to draw over dark background. I then constructed hand position. Drawing hand tutorials are also up on the categories bar if you are a beginner. Step eight, then I paint over the line of hand and forearm.
