I have “Face Constructed Pt 1″ tutorial. In Photoshop how do I place the tutorial paint palette png separately on the desktop so that it can be sampled? I will be grateful for any advice.

   You can open it as a second picture, re-size it and move it to were ever it is easy to reach.
