Round 7: SteamPunk Assassin Voting time!!!

Great job! Hopefully you guys will continue to get better on every round. This round has a few less entries than the last, but still turns out really well.  Congratz to all of you.  Thanks again to all of the entries!!!  ;-)

Everyone who finished the work, got into the final. IF YOU DID NOT label your post “FINAL”, you won’t get in here. Read the rule, I wish I have more time to go look at them all.  And FINAL means finished work, not sketch, not just the head.  It is a character concept contest practice so we need to see the body also, even if it is just partially.  We just want to say great job to all of you.    i like all the stuff that came out this round and just like the last 3 rounds i start something awesome but then i get all perfectiony and dislike what Ive done
   like i probably wont submit anything till i feel confident but who knows when that will be

   Merrell I often feel the same. I then rationalize that if I don’t show it, I don’t own it and cant learn from it. I agree the work has been a great pleasure to view.

   hey merrel, if u stay the same way u wont’t improve. Show your work and let us know what u bring with your imagination. I recommend you post your work on conceptart.org if you don’t already have an sketchbook.If you make something for this competition never expect to win but if u wanna get a chance, bring your friend to vote for u

   Hey merrel your not alone my friend,

   this I’ve been struggling with pretty much my whole life and have felt the same way being reluctant to show my work even though I worked extensively on it only to be disappointed in the end just like this last challenge,

   but i decided to take a break myself from the challenges since I always feel a bit pressured to get it done even though I know it wont stand a chance and try to produce some photoshop magic in the end which never works

   Keep at it

   instead I’ve started studying which I should have been doing all along and just been too stubborn or felt I didn’t need it which I know I obviously do
